• Further development and management of project and portfolio management for IT, digitalization and sustainability initiatives
• Ensuring transparent planning, prioritization and control of all ongoing and planned projects
• Conducting training courses and workshops on project management methods, tools, and classic and agile process models.
• Support and coaching of project managers and other stakeholders in the project environment
• Integration of architecture, testing, change and governance processes into the existing project landscape
• Further development of the central project portfolio management and the management tools used
• Optimization of interfaces to existing company systems, such as ERP solutions
• Consulting on the initiation of new projects and conducting project evaluations
• Monitoring project progress and initiating appropriate measures in case of risks or deviations.
