The Role We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex IT and digital change across the Group. This is a senior delivery role, focused on running projects end-to-end, from shaping scope and plans through to delivery, go-live and adoption. The work includes involvement in ERP transformation (including SAP S/4HANA), alongside wider business and IT initiatives. You will work across business and technology teams, managing stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure projects are structured, controlled and delivered to a high standard. What you’ll be doing Leading delivery of complex IT and digital projects or major workstreams Owning scope, plans, timelines and delivery outcomes Managing stakeholders across business and IT Driving alignment across functions and resolving issues and dependencies Leading structured workshops to define requirements, shape solutions and drive decisions Managing suppliers and delivery partners, including system integrators Overseeing delivery through all phases (design, build, testing, go-live) Managing risks, issues and delivery challenges proactively Providing clear reporting and driving timely decisions Ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes What we’re looking for Strong experience delivering IT or digital projects in complex environments Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery and take ownership of outcomes Experience working across business and IT in multi-stakeholder environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing suppliers or delivery partners Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or unclear situations Comfortable working at pace and driving delivery forward Location: Leeds with the ability to travel across different sites Our Benefits Entitled to 25 days holiday Holiday purchase scheme Life Assurance x3 of annual salary Pension contribution matched up to 8% Save as you earn Genuit Sharesave scheme Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
