Your Job
As an IT Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Koch Global Financial Solutions IT Procurement Team, you will play a vital role in aligning business partner requirements with systems, catalogues, and IT hardware needs. You will manage catalogue activities to ensure they meet business needs, upgrade supplier offerings, and enhance integration while overseeing supplier portals. Your focus will be on improving user experience by streamlining processes and leveraging automation for efficiency. You will conduct data spend analysis to optimize procurement spend, develop dashboards for transparency, and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers. Collaboration with diverse teams to drive innovation and optimize workflows is essential in this role.

You will be part of our IT Procurement team located in Bertange.
WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree or strong professional experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, or other appliable business functions
- Proven experience in procurement
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business partners and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and apply appropriate prioritization
- Interest in systems and processes
- Humble attitude and willingness to support our business stakeholders
- Proficiency in using procurement ERP systems and data analysis tools (SAP, Coupa, etc.)
- Comfortable with spend analysis and building dashboards (Power BI, etc.)
- The ability to expand the role by identifying opportunities and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions based on stakeholder needs
- Fluency in English is a must

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Koch company business partners to understand their systems, catalogues, and IT hardware requirements, ensuring alignment and efficiency, while establishing trusted relationships
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date catalogue management activities to meet specific business needs
- Upgrade supplier marketplace offerings, connect system applications to enhance integration and functionality, and oversee supplier portals while collaborating with our suppliers
- Enhance efficiency for buyers and partners by improving the user experience and streamlining processes
- Continuously manage and take ownership of catalogue activities to align the latest hardware market updates with user needs
- Drive initiatives to identify and implement improvements within procurement systems, leveraging automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Conduct data spend analysis to gain insights into purchasing patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies for optimizing procurement spend
- Develop dashboards to facilitate procurement processes and improve transparency
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and mutual value creation
- Collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation and optimize existing workflows
