We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. This long-term contract position focuses on supporting the entertainment technology division, managing vendor agreements, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. • Manage vendor agreements for services such as software maintenance, SaaS solutions, and technology hardware.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including source-to-pay processes, RFQs, and bid negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal vendor selection and cost efficiency.
• Utilize ServiceNow to receive and manage procurement requests.
• Perform detailed bid analysis and assist in securing competitive pricing.
• Maintain and analyze procurement data using tools like Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Provide support for contract renewals, including negotiating terms for software and maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate with technical analysts to address complex procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and budget guidelines.
• Leverage tools such as Coupa for procurement tracking and workflow management.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on vendor negotiations and contract renewals.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for managing procurement workflows.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP functions.
• Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa; experience with Conga and SpendHQ is a plus.
• Knowledge of software agreements, SaaS contracts, and hardware procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week with flexibility for summer Fridays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
