We are looking for a IT Product Manager to perform the following activities: Leading the product lifecycle of subscription services platform. Defining the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for subscription packages and connected services. Managing service bundling, entitlement logic, and lifecycle management of digital services. Translating strategy into product backlog, user stories, and development priorities. Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to launch new subscription services. Supporting features such as trial management, upgrades, renewals, and retention offers. Monitoring KPIs related to product adoption, engagement, ARPU, and churn. Promoting a modular API-first platform architecture for scalable service deployment. Qualifiche What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 5+ years of experience in Product Management. Experience with platform products or SaaS subscription models. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and service bundling strategies. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional organizations. Background in software platforms, digital services, or connected ecosystems. Experience in automotive software or connected vehicle services. Familiarity with CRM platforms, entitlement systems, or subscription management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora). Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
