Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for agile methodologies and customer-centric innovation? The GDI&A Customer 360 (C360) Portfolio is seeking an IT Product Manager Specialist to oversee the strategic planning, integration, discovery, and governance of a vast ecosystem. This portfolio comprises more than 100 Ford products dedicated to seamlessly capturing, storing, and retrieving customer information across diverse Ford experiences. In this highly collaborative role, you will work hand-in-hand with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Designers, and Subject-Matter Experts to deliver impactful solutions. What you'll do... Work with Product teams to set strategy, define the product roadmap, and convey that to development team while adhering to agile software principles, culture, best practices and techniques. Partners with Portfolio Owner/Product Line Owners to develop SSDA/Customer Analytics plans for future Development and process Support with documentation/process support to run demand management process Ensure OKRs are translated into Epics/Sub Epics/Features across multiple teams, dependencies mapped out, and release plans coordinated. Facilitate Iteration/Scrum planning across the portfolio, driving the right priorities across the various Product groups/teams Measure each Product line/Product success in their transformation journey and suggest new improvements in the process Facilitate Product Demos for the Product lines and products Responsible for coordinating the team activities from a day-to-day assignment and delivery perspective to deliver effectively and drive for continuous improvement. Be responsible for outcomes by setting clear goals and measuring key results. Handle and Communicate dependencies across products and product lines. Responsible for supervising core delivery metrics (SDPI) and operational metrics Promote the Agile principles and Facilitates Team's ceremonies Including Iteration planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily standups. Fosters open and frequent communication and collaboration with the Product Teams Help partners understand our iterative development approach. Innovate and iterate on Agile PM processes and share our findings. Promotes best practice sharing and process consistency within the product portfolio and other GDIA products You'll have... 5+ years of Product Manager experience. Bachelor of Science degree or diploma in Computer Science related field Skilled at defining and prioritizing backlog work items. Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others. Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate sophisticated decision making. Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and Business Partners. Experience with JIRA or similar Agile Tools. Even better, you may have... Master's Degree preferred JIRA queries and reporting experience RDBMS experience writing basic queries. Familiarity with Hopscotch/Postman and/or SOAPUI, API Familiarity with HTML development Previous success working with an agile development team. Background in design or software development. Experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming.
