Job Description Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for user experience and data? We're looking for a Feedback Hub Operations Intern to contribute to our internal Feedback Hub platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service administration, user support, data analysis, and basic front-end development within a collaborative, international team. You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Feedback Hub, a vital tool for gathering user & customer feedback. Key responsibilities: User Advocacy & Support: Become a central point of contact for our user community, addressing inquiries, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in sessions to gather direct user insights. Platform Operations & Data Integrity: Take ownership of administrative tasks related to the Feedback Hub, including configuring new products and maintaining high data quality. Project Organization & Efficiency: Support general project organization by managing and structuring files, documentation, and resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency for the entire team. Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to data analysis, investigating platform performance and user behavior trends. You'll assist in creating compelling reports that translate raw data into actionable insights. Development Support & Quality Assurance: Actively support our development cycles, involving hands-on testing, contributing to basic front-end development tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement minor UI enhancements, and assisting in drafting essential user documentation. Qualifications Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. English proficiency. Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel efficiently. Nice to have: Basic Knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Power BI, and SQL.
