In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories. * Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. * Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and validate requirements. * Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps. * Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams. * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle. * Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements. * Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role within a software or technology environment. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. * Proven ability to work with APIs, data structures, and modern software architectures. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
