IT Supply Chain Solutions team is looking for a Product Owner to take care of our tailor-made solutions and data products. We already have several new solutions built on top of SCM data platform and we seek to build new ones.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT YOU NEED TO EITHER POSSESS ALREADY, OR BE WILLING TO LEARN FAIRLY SOON

• A solid understanding of ITIL & IT Service Management, and successful service delivery skills.
• DevOps, SAFE, Agile

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We believe that you have an academic degree or similar qualifications in IT and possess a good understanding of work processes in large companies.

YOUR ROLE:

As the Product Owner, you will play a vital role in our Supply Chain Solutions team, responsible for coordinating the development and support of tailor-made solutions and data products. You will report directly to Senior Manager, Jukka Puurunen.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Own the SCM / Sales tailormade solutions.
• You will own the entire development lifecycle, from backlog grooming with business counterparts to delivering business value through sprints.
• Design, improve, coordinate and promote data architecture and data services
• Do financial planning for the services, forecast costs on monthly basis, manage invoices
• Service management tasks such as service improvement, escalation management, and major incident handling, all while collaborating closely with the Outokumpu Service Delivery organization and IT ServiceDesk services
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong business relationships with stakeholders, leading change initiatives and gaining value for the organization.
• Financial Management: Manage the application lifecycle, including financials and KPIs, demonstrating your strategic approach to IT service delivery.
• Project management of IT / business development projects.
• Prepare and steer quarterly SCM Program Increment activities.
• Steer the work of devops team supporting these solutions.
