Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and delivery of IT Production & Quality (P&Q) projects, including MES and SCADA implementations, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business requirements. Support the analysis of cloud services and digitization projects, with attention to emerging technology trends and their potential impact. Help implement global IT strategies and contribute to project roadmaps that enable business change, such as new production facilities and operational realignments. Communicate with operational stakeholders (e.g., Production, Logistics, Demand Planning) to track project readiness and deliverables. Help establish efficient processes for IT service delivery, utilizing global shared services and partnerships in collaboration with BU/IT project managers. Participate in post-project analysis and provide support in identifying areas for continuous improvement. Assist in organizing training and communications to enhance user experience and operational excellence. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project support or coordination; exposure to project management is a plus. Basic understanding of virtual/global team collaboration. Strong organizational and communication skills, with skills in critical thinking and research. Introductory knowledge of manufacturing IT operations; familiarity with SCADA/MES systems is preferred. foundational project management knowledge and willingness to develop negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Travelling needed
