The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services Job Description This role provides IT Production Support in a global environment, covering both infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, middleware) and application deployment in production. The position strengthens Production capabilities by combining strong technical expertise, automation and DevOps practices, and advanced FinOps knowledge, ensuring service reliability, cost efficiency, performance, and security. Main Responsibilities Cost Optimization & FinOps Governance (Expert Level) Monitor cloud and infrastructure costs across environments. Identify inefficiencies and waste, applying right‑sizing, commitment (Reserved Instances, savings plans), and optimization strategies. Define, enforce, and monitor tagging and cost governance policies. Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining required levels of performance, availability, and security. Support financial forecasting and cost transparency initiatives. Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer (Expert Level) Act as a liaison between engineering, finance, and business teams. Coordinate production support activities and ensure smooth on‑call handovers. Produce and present post‑mortem and incident analysis reports. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members on Production Support processes and FinOps best practices. Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Automation & DevOps Tooling (Advanced/Mastery) Design, develop, and maintain automation for: Monitoring Alerting Incident remediation Reduce manual intervention by leveraging Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices. Use tools such as: Terraform Ansible CI/CD pipelines Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Monitoring, Observability & Platform Support Manage and operate monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Dynatrace or similar). Perform basic administration and support for: WebSphere Autosys CFT Ensure proactive detection of incidents and performance degradation. Qualifications DevOps & Cloud CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes Cloud fundamentals across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Strong understanding of production environments and operational best practices Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High sense of ownership and accountability Ability to operate in a global, multi‑stakeholder environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Continuous improvement and automation mindset Additional Information Language Requirements English – B2+ level (mandatory)
