Department Overview The assignment will be to the Procurement Operation Dept, Rakuten Group, Inc. Procurement Operation Dept is responsible for entire Rakuten group procurement operation as centralized procurement function. Sourcing operation section is one of teams of Procurement Operation dept, which promote centralized sourcing activities like supplier selection and negotiation in conjunction with Requesting units. We have plan to set up “IT Professional Service Category Management team” under Sourcing Operation Section to promote centralized IT Professional Service Category Procurement sourcing.
