We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program Analyst / Engineer to support project change requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience on IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in IT asset management and IMAC services is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage

PREFERRED / DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the below areas will be an advantage:

  • Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript)
  • DevOps/DevSecOps
  • Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
  • Database and Storage
  • Middleware and Services
  • Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)
  • Windows/Linux server administration
  • Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
  • Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
  • Service delivery and management
Responsibilities
  • Handle L1 operations & support duties
  • Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
  • Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, design, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
  • Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled
