We are looking for a Program Manager to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on building and developing client accounts, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of software programs. The role combines client-facing business development with hands-on program and project management. REQUIREMENTS Based in Poland. Proven experience as Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager in software services. Strong background in embedded systems, HMI or software engineering projects. Excellent client relationship management skills, with ability to operate at executive level. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Financial and commercial awareness: managing budgets, margins, and contracts. Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written). Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and balance delivery with business growth. Nice To Have Experience in Software House Flexibility to work across US and EU time zones Experience in conducting workshops with clients RESPONSIBILITIES Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (technical and business). Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and trust. Drive account development by identifying new opportunities and aligning Spyrosoft services with client needs. Manage multiple programs/projects in parallel, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the expected quality. Coordinate with internal delivery teams, ensuring staffing, planning, and reporting are in place. Track program financials (budget, margins, forecasts) and report progress to leadership. Prepare and lead client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Support proposal preparation and RFQ responses with delivery insights and estimations. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to shape new offerings.
