This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to lead a mission-critical IT program supporting a federal law enforcement agency. You will manage multi-site teams, drive performance, and oversee operational and security processes in a complex, high-security environment. The role combines strategic leadership, direct customer engagement, and hands-on oversight of IT service management. You will ensure program objectives are met efficiently, contribute to risk management and cybersecurity strategy, and support thousands of users across multiple locations. The environment emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth. \n Accountabilities: Lead and oversee the implementation of the Security Assessment and Authorization Program. Manage multiple teams across the ISaaS program, including professional and technical personnel, ensuring operational objectives are achieved. Oversee all phases of program budgets, including forecasting and monitoring financial performance. Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs for products and services. Recruit, train, supervise, and assign staff while providing technical guidance as needed. Conduct risk assessments, identify business threats, and develop strategies to minimize risks to systems and data. Collaborate with government teams to enhance cybersecurity operations and ensure compliance with federal standards. Develop standard operating procedures and implement best practices to improve security operations and response capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of management experience. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in Information Security. Experience managing multi-site and remote teams. Strong knowledge of IT service management, federal program execution, and cybersecurity standards. US Citizenship required with current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CAP, CISM, or PMP.
