• Oversee project strategy, cost, risk, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manage interdependencies between project components and track exposures.
• Create project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, report to senior leaders.
• Develop strategies to manage change and ensure adherence to best practices.
