JOB SUMMARY

Project Manager will lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with company’s IT Business Plan. Will plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with the OhioHealth IS PMO project management standards and in accordance with service level agreements at agreed upon budgets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)PMP - Project Management Professional - Project Management Institute

Responsibilities

65% Project Execution - Responsible for managing technology projects running across one or multiple Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals. They will be responsible projects from initiation through implementation including multiple software development methods. Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Manages budgets of the project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities:

Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant OhioHealth IS PMO guidelines
Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects
Manages budget for assigned projects, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
Develops plans and manages interdependencies between development teams and business units
Publishes project status and executive reporting
20% Communication - Being able to articulate exactly what is needed in the project, is critical, alongside the ability to actively play a vital role as a Business Analyst to gather all of the information. We are looking for great communication skills and someone who can deal well ambiguity and is a self-starter, knows when to escalate when needed.
