This role demands a strong background in programme and project management, with a focus on managing global delivery environments, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of complex IT systems. What you’ll do Lead and manage full lifecycle delivery of IT programmes and projects independently. Oversee application development, maintenance, and operations, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs. Manage programme scope, planning, budgeting, and delivery timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams across SDLC phases including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Drive efforts and cost estimation, negotiate SOWs and agreements, and onboard high-calibre talent. Collaborate with local markets to ensure seamless integration and functionality of migrated applications. Implement robust testing strategies to validate application performance post-migration. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training from system integrators to operations teams. Maintain high standards of quality, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction throughout delivery. Who you are Holder of a BTech, BE, MCA, or MBA qualification. Possess 9+ years of overall experience, including: Minimum 4 years in IT delivery management. Minimum 5 years in technical delivery, design, or development. Experienced in managing estimates, tasks, escalations, and risks. Skilled in system integration across application development, maintenance, and support. Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex solutions for multinational organisations.
