POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful IT Project & Administrative Coordinator to manage and track IT-related tasks, processes, and projects that do not require advanced technical knowledge. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to quickly learn software, and the drive to solve problems independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
  • Quick learner, especially with new software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or similar role preferred (IT background not required).
