With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking an IT Project and Procurement Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of IT related work experience.
  • Minimum of three years successful project management experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

Travel expectation:

  • Less than 10%; if at all

Responsibilities
  • Developing the project scope and objectives, engage with all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • Documenting, scheduling, communicating and executing actions/procedures/processes
  • Lead project meetings
  • Manage resources of project
  • Conduct risk assessment to mitigate project related risks
  • Manage the project timeframe and budget
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate issues as they arise
  • Provide status reports
  • Responsible for all IT procurement and billing functions, contract and maintenance management, IT license management, IT budget management
  • Technology outreach to firm practice areas
  • Firm policy administration
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
