Hire Digital is looking for a IT Project Business Analyst to support the successful execution of multiple IT initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in delivery-focused environments, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, stakeholders are aligned, and projects move efficiently from concept to implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES Support end-to-end IT project delivery, from scoping through to implementation Lead requirement gathering and ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment Facilitate collaboration across business, product, and technical teams Translate business needs into functional requirements and delivery plans Track requirement progress and support project governance and documentation Contribute to testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Business Analyst within IT project delivery environments Strong understanding of project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Proven stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Strong documentation and organizational skills
