Job Description We are currently looking IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Required skills and qualifications: • Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA • Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing • Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system • Training experience • High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process • Preparing Management regular reports • Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots • Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards • Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained. • Assist senior project managers for day to day activities • Manage small sized Projects • Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Responsibilities
