Responsibilities

TO SUCCESSFULLY MASTER THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in project assistance, administration, or office management
  • Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Snow) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project team and especially the Project Manager in all administrative and organizational tasks. You ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and provide essential support across various aspects of project administration.

  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, and appointments
  • Preparing and maintaining project schedules, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Handling business travel arrangements for project team members (booking flights, hotels, transfers, etc.)
  • Supporting project controlling (e.g., budget tracking, expense monitoring)
  • Onboarding-offboarding staff • Acting as a communication interface between internal departments and external partners
  • Maintaining project lists, timelines, resource overviews, and status reports
  • Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of project presentations and stakeholder updates
  • Support in supplier relationship management
