Description Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt Position Summary The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of infrastructure and technology projects for Entech clients. This role works closely with Project Engineers and client stakeholders to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and technology initiatives across multiple client environments. Projects may include workstation deployments, Microsoft 365 migrations, network upgrades, hardware installations, and security initiatives. The IT Project Coordinator ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated between engineers and clients. Why Entech? Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure projects across client environments Schedule engineering resources and track project milestones and deadlines Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clients and internal teams Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports Facilitate project meetings and track action items Assist with workstation deployments, hardware rollouts, and technology implementations Perform post-project validation and ensure proper documentation and client sign-off Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate when needed Follow Entech project management processes and security policies\ Qualifications 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience Exposure to IT, infrastructure, or technology projects strongly preferred Experience working with ticketing or project tools (ConnectWise or similar) Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience Experience working for an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT department required Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint deployments CompTIA Project+, CAPM, or PMP certification Additional Requirements Valid Florida Driver’s License Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed Benefits: Free Employee Medical Insurance Additional Employer Paid Medical Options Fully Vested 401(k) Match Flexible Time Off (an unlimited amount of paid time off days) Free $10,000 Life Insurance Policy Six Paid Holidays – PLUS Black Friday!
