IT Coordinator - The St. Regis Downtown Dubai Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within Banking or Financial Services. Familiarity with banking systems such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Payments, or Cards. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint. Skills & Competencies Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent documentation and reporting ability. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Understanding of IT governance and risk management in the banking sector. Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively. Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities
