Position: IT Project Coordinator
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, innovative organization supporting nationwide telecommunications and infrastructure projects. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and troubleshooting
• Experience identifying telecom circuits and managing remote technicians
• Familiarity with project tracking tools or ticketing system

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or 5+ years of relevant experience

• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple telecom and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and materials to meet project deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Review technician updates and documentation, including site photos, to ensure work meets expectations and specifications
• Utilize ticketing systems and oversee remote technical teams during project implementation
