Job Title: IT Project Support Officer
Location: Wayside House, CV6 6NY
Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust
Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week. (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: £14.11/Hr. + Holiday Pay

These roles are temporary position up to 6 months, which then may lead to a permanent roles.
You will be provided with one of the departments pool cars when you’re required to work onsite. Alternatively, if you have your own care you will be given mileage allowance.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the IT Systems project, ensuring that each phase is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with project aims.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organise and Coordinate: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project-related activities to keep everything on track.
  • Monitor and maintain the overall project progress and individual work streams.
  • Maintain all administration relevant to the project.
  • Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and updates.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Project Management Tools, and Bug Tracking software.
  • Clean UK Full Driving License is desirable.

    This role may require you to show evidence Diploma or ECDL or at least 2 years relevant experience.
