IT Project Coordinator Pharma (Hybrid- Lawrenceville, NJ)
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator Pharma for a global pharmaceutical client. The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects by assisting project managers and teams with administrative, logistical, and communication tasks. This role helps ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget by tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating effective collaboration among stakeholders.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role in Lawrenceville, NJ. Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project objectives.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are clearly understood.
  • Help identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as needed to project managers.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members and coordinate training as required.
  • Assist with procurement processes, vendor management, and invoice tracking as needed.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Servicenow, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
