Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary service delivery contact for a key client
Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Lead regular service reviews and stakeholder meetings
Monitor and manage SLAs, service performance and agreed KPIs
Produce clear and useful service reporting and dashboards
Work closely with the service desk to manage escalations and priorities
Translate technical issues and service challenges into clear business language for clients
