Role Overview Reporting to the IT Director, you'll be a key technical resource in the IT department for IT projects across Streets. Projects ranging from core IT transformation, software implementation, integrating new acquisitions and IT resource on other departmental projects. You will work closely with end users during the deployment of these projects to ensure a smooth deployment. Key Responsibilities Delivery and implementation of IT projects Technical point of contact during project lifecycles Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery Documentation and handover to relevant department/team Required Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure), infrastructure, and cybersecurity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities IT support/technician background that led to implementation or prior technical implementation experience Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong time management skills and self-motivation Desirable Attributes Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Jira) Prior project delivery experience Additional Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary Travelling to different office locations Remote Working Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Suitable home office setup • Comfortable working across virtual platforms and time zones • Strong time management and self-discipline What’s On Offer • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience • Fully remote working – no office requirement • Exposure to an international client base • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Clear opportunities for career progression
