Position Summary The Project Lead is responsible for managing and executing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role provides leadership to project teams, coordinates across departments, and maintains communication with stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. * Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively and resolve conflicts. * Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals and deadlines. * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. * Communicate project status, changes, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders. * Ensure quality standards and compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle. * Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation. * Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned processes after project close. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements * Environment: Primarily office-based, with standard office conditions including exposure to heating and air conditioning. * Physical Demands: Occasionally lifts items weighing up to 25 pounds. Vision and fine motor skills are required for computer use. Schedule * Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed  * Overtime: Occasionally required as dictated by workload. Other Skills * 3–5+ years of experience in project or team leadership roles. * Proven success managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello). * PMP or CAPM certification. * Experience in [industry-specific] projects (e.g., construction, software, manufacturing, healthcare). * Change management or stakeholder engagement expertise.
