- Coach and Mentor: Act as a servant leader by coaching and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies including Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe principles. Foster self-organisation, continuous improvement, and build solid, trust-based relationships across teams and the Agile Release Train (ART).

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Agile ceremonies such as Refinement sessions, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support ART events including PI Planning and ART synchronisation activities to enable effective cross-team coordination.

- Planning and Metrics: Ensure planned work is achievable within agreed timeframes while considering constraints. Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and Work In Progress (WIP) limits to maintain a sustainable pace and consistent delivery.

- Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and remove obstacles or risks hindering team progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure continuous flow and relentless improvement.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align efforts with business needs.
