Manage project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and ensure that IT projects are align with organizational goals and objectives. YOUR CHALLENGE Ensuring proper IT project lead for finance related projects (eg. Group Reporting or Global Taxation) Ensuring proper requirement management Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations YOUR PROFILE Experience in managing projects with respective CTB budgets exceeding 1 million CHF using classical methodology Experience in managing projects involving external and third-party solution providers Enjoy close collaboration with multiple teams and coordinating across diverse stakeholders (IT and business) Capable of handling all administrative aspects of project management, including reporting and financial controlling Strong presentation and communication skills Fast learner with solid understanding of business context and project governance Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Proficient in Jira and Confluence Project management certification or equivalent qualifications/experience Background in the financial services industry is advantageous Strong problem-solving abilities, social competence, cross-cultural awareness, empathy, relationship management, coaching aptitude, and a proactive can-do attitude Skilled in negotiating with various stakeholder groups Fluent in English and German We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
