Location: Trevose, PA or Grand Rapids, MI.
️ Function: IT Program & Project Management | Business Transformation

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced IT PMO Lead to guide key strategic projects across the organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with both business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes aligned with Oliver’s long-term goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Proven success leading enterprise or global initiatives
  • PMP certification is a plus

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, architecture, and software lifecycles
  • Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The IT PMO Lead oversees a diverse project portfolio—ranging from IT-led initiatives to business transformations that require strong technical support. These projects may stem from new business strategies, system implementations, or industry-driven changes.
You’ll ensure projects are clearly defined, properly resourced, and effectively managed from planning through delivery. You’ll also support long-range planning and help shape how Oliver approaches complex, cross-functional work.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans across business and IT
  • Serve as Project Manager for high-impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and timelines
  • ️ Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure resource alignment and consistent delivery practices
  • ️ Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Support testing, documentation, and implementation processes
  • Partner with business PMO leaders to improve delivery outcomes
  • Report on project metrics and portfolio progress
