Description

The IT Project Management & Solution Lead (Enterprise Applications) will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex IT projects, ensuring successful rollout of company-wide enterprise applications, align with ESR’s strategic goals and deliver value to the organization. This role will require to work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define, design and deploy IT solutions that align with Business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise application rollouts, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs and align with ESR’s technology strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new enterprise applications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and solutioning, preferably in the Fund, real Estate, or financial services industries
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful IT projects, preferably in enterprise application rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific IT solutions, project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
