Your tasks

• Professional and technical support as well as further development of our EPM systems and solutions, including the optimization of underlying processes.
• Analysis and evaluation of requirements from project management, PMO and specialist departments, and their translation into suitable solutions.
• Configuration and optimization of EPM applications such as Microsoft Project Server, Primavera or SAP PPM and support for their further development
• Management and support of rollouts, updates and interfaces into the existing IT landscape
• Consulting and support for users, as well as conducting workshops and training courses.
• Development of meaningful reports and analyses for project management, status tracking, and management decisions.

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the EPM/project management environment as well as experience with relevant IT applications
• Solid experience with at least one relevant EPM system, ideally Microsoft Project Server, Primavera or SAP PPM/EPPM
• Good knowledge of common project management methods and their practical application
• Experience in requirements engineering, process optimization, and collaboration with specialist departments and IT
• Excellent German and English skills as well as strong communication and consulting skills.
