This is a home based role with occasional travel to our offices both in Lincoln and Sheffield. Please be advised the successful candidate will be required to attend our offices in Lincoln for an induction on their 1st week.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Developer Project Manager (DDPM) serves as a bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders. This role ensures the successful delivery of digital projects including websites, applications and digital transformation initiatives—by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication. The DDPM combines technical understanding with project management expertise to align team efforts with business goals.
Within the ADHD360 digital delivery team, your role will be primarily focused within our Chrysalis platforms, working closely with our team of digital developers. You will oversee the full project lifecycle developing project plans and utilising project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as suited to the project requirements to ensure project completion while managing risks and issues.
You should have previous experience of working for a healthcare provider and it will be beneficial for you to have a working knowledge of data security requirements when developing digital systems that incorporate sensitive and personal patient data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
*Develop project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
*Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as suited to the project requirements.
*Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. 
*Stakeholder Management
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
*Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and technical developers.
*Facilitate regular status updates and feedback loops, ensuring transparency and alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

*Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project management or related roles.
*Proven track record of managing digital development projects, such as website builds or mobile applications.
*Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent (advantageous).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Capability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

*Expertise in digital project management tools. Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management will be beneficial.
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
*Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
*Experience working with or integrating with NHS platforms and services
