We are looking for a senior IT data specialist (m, f, d) as an IT Project Manager AI Governance Aufgaben Further development of AI governance frameworks in collaboration with the team, including policies, standards, and best practices in coordination with Legal & Compliance and Risk Management / Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with the use of AI / Continuously identify potential leaks with specialist teams / Monitor the quality of data protection and the efficiency of data provision / Ensure the quality of security when data is used simultaneously in different business areas / Establish metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives / Responsible for increasing the flexibility of systems by removing organizational barriers / Integrate AI governance into project development / Monitor global regulations for data and AI governance / Monitor and enforce compliance with AI policies and procedures and update the latest AI regulations / Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / Deliver presentations on AI governance concepts / Train employees and executives / Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's in computer science or engineering / CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CPA / Banking experience in compliance or risk management or at a Big 4 firm in auditing or consulting for multinationals / Expertise in IT/data governance, controls, or quality / Familiarity with the legal framework for AI and data governance as well as risk management / Professional experience with data governance principles and best practices / Experience in managing AI projects / Familiarity with machine learning concepts / Experience in conducting audits and interest in identifying system deficiencies / Knowledge of project management methods such as waterfall and agile / Keen interest in identifying and mitigating risks / Analytical, independent personality with leadership qualities / Efficient and effective working style with the ability to find efficient and effective solutions / Team orientation and strong communication skills / Ability to influence the environment in a competent and professional manner / German and English.
