Pay Rate: CAD 80/hr C2C | CAD 70/hr W2

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline.
  • PMP certification required.

EXPERIENCE

  • 10 yrs: Risk management on large, complex projects.
  • 10 yrs: Project scheduling, resource estimation, and work plan monitoring.
  • 5 yrs: Leading large enterprise-scale projects/programs.
  • 5 yrs: Stakeholder communication & presentations (executives, sponsors, committees, etc.).
  • 5 yrs: Facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 5 yrs: Process improvement, documentation, and requirements gathering.
  • 5 yrs: Working in or for the public sector.
  • 4 yrs: Understanding impacts of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • 4 yrs: Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Client seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple Artificial Intelligence, M365, and Cloud platform projects within the Cloud Platform Services and Artificial Intelligence Maximalist (AIM) initiatives.
The PM will manage projects end-to-end — planning, coordinating, developing, documenting, and delivering — while ensuring alignment with Clients objectives, security requirements, and enterprise architecture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead planning and execution of AI, M365, and cloud projects from analysis through implementation.
  • Develop project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate change management and communication activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GoA policies, IT standards, and security frameworks.
