Your Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (all genders) to lead business-critical initiatives that drive transformation and deliver measurable value. The role requires strong end-to-end ownership, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and outcome realization. As a bridge between business and IT, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational priorities, while also adhering to governance and compliance standards. A strong business orientation, combined with the ability to translate strategy into actionable results, is key to success in this role. As IT Project Manager (all genders) you will be part of the DDIT (Data, Digital & IT) HR & various EF (Enabling Functions) Team and report directly to the Head of Data, Digital & IT Sustainability, Quality and Trade Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to secure successful outcomes. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, structure, and motivation to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Communication and Reporting: Ensure transparent communication, deliver regular status updates, and present progress to senior management. Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost planning, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, forecasting, and reporting. IT Governance: Ensure adherence to IT standards and processes, particularly in cybersecurity, architecture, and data privacy. Team player and able to build effective relationship and interact cross-functionally. Who you are: Proven track record in project management, with experience across multiple methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile). Strong business orientation, able to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort acting as the link between business and IT, with motivation to learn new topics and technologies. Proactive, creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills; anticipates challenges and seizes opportunities. Comfortable in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with multiple projects running in parallel and inherent ambiguity. Ownership mindset with a high degree of accountability. Business English at negotiation level; additional languages are a plus. Evaluate required budget and resources for initiatives and support preparation of business cases / ROI / TCO. Willingness to travel up to 10–15%. Knowledge of Quality-related topics, including relevant regulations is a plus.
