- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the public sector or regulated environments

- Experience in planning, managing, and implementing IT projects (e.g., software implementations, migrations, digitization projects)

- Sound knowledge of project controlling (budget, resource, and schedule management)

- Experience in stakeholder management, especially in dealing with government agencies and public clients

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

- Knowledge of risk and quality management
