  • Welcome, admit and discharge patients for their day admission with care and professionalism
  • Manage bookings and administration for endoscopy, colonoscopy and consult appointments
  • Process hospital and doctor billing, including Medicare, DVA and private health
  • Prepare and import patient hospital admission paperwork
  • Scan and manage patient hospital correspondence
  • Download and check pathology results
  • Support our clinical team and help keep the day running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
