JOB SUMMARY:

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead the IT User Support team. This role will oversee projects aimed at enhancing user support services and ensure IT operations run efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in project management roles focused on application support and service management
  • Proficiency in Applied Systems or Vertafore products (Epic, Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight)
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support methodologies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience
  • Expertise in project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello
  • PMP certification is a plus
    Note: This is a fully remote role. Only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.
