Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, manage end-to-end POS projects, and ensure seamless integration of IT solutions across franchise operations The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, manage end-to-end POS projects, and ensure seamless integration of IT solutions across franchise operations Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of POS system implementation and upgrade projects across multiple franchise locations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align IT solutions with business objectives Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee third-party service providers for POS hardware and software Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy and security standards Provide technical leadership and support for store-level IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and troubleshooting software Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience Monitor and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation Train and support franchise staff on POS systems and related technologies Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role Hands-on experience managing POS system rollouts (e.g., QU, PAR, NCR, Toast, Revel, etc.) Strong understanding of operations, including order management, inventory, and customer engagement systems Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, or digital payment integrations. Familiarity with data analytics platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of compliance standards such as PCI-DSS and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
