Job Description:
The Information Technology Project Manager will lead the design, implementation, and coordination of software solutions supporting civil site development and underground utility projects and help bridging gap between field crews and office. This role leverages both technical and analytical expertise to align construction workflows with digital infrastructure and data systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical planning and software integration for utility infrastructure and fire line development projects using platforms such as AutoCAD, Quantum, ArcGIS, and project lifecycle management tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to digitize field workflows and manage ETL processes for site data, including excavation metrics, underground layout schematics, and permitting records.
  • Develop custom dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor project KPIs, including cost tracking, materials usage, and timeline forecasting.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories), aligning field operations with system functionality.
  • Manage cloud-based document control systems and oversee integrations with vendor platforms and regulatory portals.
  • Work with SQL databases to validate data accuracy from field inputs and project documentation pipelines.
  • Coordinate Agile sprint cycles and facilitate UAT processes, ensuring all internal IT tools support real-world engineering operations.
  • Drive technical innovation by introducing AI/ML-based forecasting models for site and cost efficiency (e.g., trenching patterns, water flow models).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project analysis, data management, or technical coordination within IT or civil infrastructure domains.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with site development software (AutoCAD,Quantum, ArcGIS, Trimble tools) or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation.
