As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you’ll oversee small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring their successful completion. You’ll assemble and lead project teams, manage resources, and develop schedules to meet project goals. Your expertise in server, network, and COTS app implementation will be crucial as you coordinate activities, define requirements, and drive project modifications. You’ll play a vital role in managing stakeholder communication, mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
- Organize and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of goals.
- Oversee project deliverables, managing costs, schedules, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, adapting to changes in requirements and schedules.
- Drive project success by resolving critical issues and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a preference for healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with PMBOK and ITIL methodologies (certification preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a dynamic environment.
