REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in integration projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dell Boomi integration platform.
• Experience with EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, AS2).
• Excellent understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based workflows.
• Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industry integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Dell Boomi and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration to lead end-to-end technology projects. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in managing integration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on time within scope and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage integration projects involving Dell Boomi and EDI from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee EDI mapping, Boomi process design, and data integration workflows.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth integration.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with security, compliance, and quality standards.
