IT PROJECT MANAGER Location : Philippines Reports to : Regional IT Service Manager (Asia) INTRODUCTION / JOB SUMMARY Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, risks, and budgets, and driving successful adoption of Agile or DevOps methodologies. The IT Project Manager acts as the key point of contact for project stakeholders and ensures quality delivery while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery Ownership & Planning Own the end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, testing, cut over, go-live, and hyper care Be accountable for schedule, scope, risks, issues, and decisions Demonstrates strong understanding of business processes, system landscapes, and integration points to effectively plan, manage, and deliver projects with confidence Establish and maintain a realistic, dependency-driven project plan with clear milestones Define and control project scope, deliverables, and enforce change control Project Execution Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely delivery. Provide clear, concise, and fact-based status reporting Foster collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the project team and with the Global team (Head Office in Amsterdam). Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans. Proactively address obstacles to project success and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans. Develop user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions. Ensure quality gates, UAT sign-off, cut over, rollback, and go-live readiness are met Stakeholder, Governance & Communication Act as the single point of accountability and reporting for stakeholders Provide clear, concise, and fact-based status reporting Translate technical topics into business impact, risks, and decisions required Agile or DevOps Implementation Lead Agile or DevOps transformation initiatives within the project team. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and DevOps Engineers to establish and maintain Agile/DevOps processes. Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Agile or DevOps principles. Requirements ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in Agile or DevOps environments. Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project delivery in complex environments Experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendors Experience managing MS Dynamics Implementation Ability to lead delivery without being a technical subject-matter expert Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to adapt to new software quickly and tools. Proactive and problem-solving attitude. Independent and a team player. High interpersonal skill with positive attitude and mindset.
