Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies and possess generalist IT domain knowledge to contribute to IT content decisions related to the projects. The projects will primarily focus on contact center IT, CRM customizations, and IT system integration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in contact center IT, CRM customization, and IT system integration
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and security
  • PMP, SCRUM, or other project management certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT content decisions related to the project
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
