Are you looking for a challenging role that will help to contribute to public services in Bury. This role sits within the Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) section of Bury Council. The IT Project Manager will be the main contact for all digital and data project activity and workstreams across the Council, and is a key role in driving forward the Council’s digital ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in project management and will need to be self-driven with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, thrives on building strong relationships and influencing to deliver business improvements with a customer centric approach.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. You will be based at Bury Town Hall on site for 2 days a week or where projects require.
